All grinding orders must have a minimum of 25LBS of meat.

All smoking orders must have a minimum of 40LBS of meat. ($100 deposit is required)
All smoked order weights will be charged by their starting weight.

*All meat brought in will lose approximately 30-40% of its weight throughout the deboning and cutting process*
*Game orders will not be split into portions. Any dividing of game must be done by the customer after picking up.
